Ahsan Iqbal urges media to portray positive image of Pakistan

Islamabad,: “The PML (N) Government has put the country on the path of development and prosperity after 2013, ended energy crisis, uprooted terrorism, and made massive progress in education and economic sectors”.
These views were expressed by Federal Minister for Interior Ahsan Iqbal during a meeting with senior journalists and editors here on Thursday.
He stated that some peoples were trying to malign and damage the 91% positive rating of China for the last 70 years and added that this was a external negative agenda, which aim to destroy and destabilize the ongoing China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Answering a question Ahsan Iqbal said that the opponents of Pakistan quote the news of Pakistani media on international forums.
He said Pakistan fought brilliantly against terrorism, and got success.
