Commenting court’s decision in fair way right of every citizen: CJP

Islamabad, : Supreme Court (SC) has once again rejected the separate contempt of court petitions filed against Nawaz Sharif, railway minister Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Daniyal Aziz.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has remarked offering clean and fair comments on court’s decision is right of every citizen.
A three member bench of SC presided over by CJP Mian Saqib Nisar took up for hearing three separate contempt of court pleas filed against Nawaz Sharif, Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Daniyal Aziz.
The petitioner Sheikh Ahsan ud Din took the plea Nawaz Sharif delivered speeches on GT roads after his disqualification by SC and crossed all the limits of contempt of court.
CJP remarked offering fair and clean comments on court decision is right of every citizen. He may have offered comments somewhere else where he may have crossed limits.
Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan inquired is PML-N not representative party of 200 million people.
Sheikh Ahsan Ud Din said Nawaz Sharif has bagged votes less than 30 million and he calls himself representative of 200 million people.
CJP remarked “ we have to take notice of contempt of court and not you.

Sheikh Ahsan ud Din said “ you are showing more court’s forgiveness.
Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan remarked court’s forgiveness limits are more than the petitioner.
The court dismissed the contempt of court petitions against NawazSharif and other PML-N leaders.
