Fake affidavit case- EC gives last opportunity to PTI leader Aleem Khan to give arguments

Islamabad, : Election Commission (EC) while giving last chance to PTI leader Aleem Khan to advance arguments in matter of filing fake affidavit has adjourned the hearing of the case till 28th March.
A 4 members bench of EC presided over by Member Sindh EC Abdul Ghaffar took up the case for hearing filed against PTI leader Aleem Khan regarding NA constituency 122 Lahore by Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq
Lawyer Shahid Hamid appeared in Court on behalf of Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq while the lawyer of PTI leader Aleem Khan did not appear in the court due to hearing in SC.
Meanwhile junior lawyer presented the cause list to EC on which Member EC KPK Irshad Qaisar said that if you continues to delay this matter, we will announce the decision on the basis of available record.
He inquired “Should these fake affidavits be sent to Civil Court for verification”?
He further said that do not make fun of EC
The lawyer of Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that Aleem Khan had filed 855 affidavits and among them several affidavits are fake.
Commission Member from Baluchistan Shakeel Balouch has said that we are giving you a last chance so that you may complete your arguments.
Acting head Member Sindh Commission Abdul Ghaffar Somro has said that we will announce the decision after hearing the arguments.
The hearing of the case was put off till 28th March
