Sessions judge recuses herself from hearing money laundering, fake degree case against Axact CEO Shoaib Sheikh

KARACHI, : Additional district and sessions judge Sarah Junejo has recused herself from hearing fake degree and money laundering cases against Shoaib Sheikh, CEO of Axact company.
Shoaib Sheikh, CEO of Axact company and prime accused in fake degree case was not presented in the court. The co-accused including Zeeshan Anwar, Zeeshan Ahmad and others were presented in the sessions court.
Additional district and sessions judge Sarah Junejo issued orders for adjourning the hearing of the cases against Shoaib Sheikh from her chamber.
According to court’s staffers, the learned judge remarked “ obtain a new date for the hearing till the case is transferred to another judge. .
It may be mentioned that the counsels of prime accused Shoaib Sheikh had expressed dissatisfaction over sessions judge Sarah Junejo.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till March 29.
