TikToker Nadeem Naniwala Gets Acquittal as Prosecution Fails to Prove the Story

Lahore Cantt Sessions Court issued directives to release famous TikToker Nadeem Mubarak, also known as Nadeem Naniwala after rejecting plea of Cantt Police seeking physical remand of the accused . Naniwala was facing allegations of using an illegal number plate on his vehicle.
The court ruled in favour of Naniwala, saying there is insufficient materila (evidence) on the face of the record to connect the accused with commission of offence. The court finds no recovery evidence in the case record which is one of the major element to prove an allegation.

According to Police offiicals Lahore Police has arrested TikToker Nadeem Mubarak aka Nadeem Naniwala, who put a fake number plate on his vehicle. Lahore Defense C Police registered a case against Nadeem Naniwala. He was arrested during a traffic stop near Main Boulevard.

Appearing before the concerned Magistrate, Lahore Defence C Police sought 14-day physical remand of the accused, however, the Court didnt granted the remand and issued directives to release the accused Nadeem Naniwala.
