Islamabad, Supreme Court (SC) has set March 14 to indict State Minister for Interior Talal Chaudhry in contempt of court case.
A 3 members bench of SC presided over by Justice Ejaz Afzal conducted the hearing of the case Thursday.
Kamran Murtaza counsel for Talal Chaudhry said that the CD of his client’s speech was provided him late so we could not see it. We will give detailed reply after watching the CD.

Meanwhile when court adjourned the hearing for 15th March, Additional Attorney General (AAG) said that he cannot appear due to some pre-occupations.
Court changed the date from 15th to 14th March in connection with indictment of accused. .
