Ministry gives approval of deploying 43 personnel on security of former Chief justices

Islamabad, : Interior ministry has given approval of deploying as many as 43 police personnel for the security of retired Chief Justices of the apex court. According to the available documents in 16 retired Chief Justices, Justice Retd Abdul Hameed Dogar has given services of one gunman and two constables for his residence security, Chief Justice Retd Iftikhar Muhammad Ch given services of three constables for his house security, two SPs for traveling, one head constable, two drivers and six additional constables. Ex. Chief justice got services of total 14 constables.

Moreover, Chief Justice retd Tassaduq Hussain Jillani has provided the services of six personnel including one gunman, one head constable and four other personnel. Justice retd Anwar Zaheer Jamali has provided the services of four personnel for security reason. Justice Retd Jawwad S Khawaja has given the service of one gunman.

Justice retd Nasir-ul-Mulk has given the services of three personnel including one gunman and two constables for residence security. The documents further revealed that Justice retd Nawaz Abbasi has given services of three personnel. It further stated that Justice retd Iqbal Hameedur Rehman has provided the service of one gunman.
Likewise, Justice Retd Tariq Pervez has been provided services of one gunman and two constables. Justice Retired Shakirullah Jan and Justice Ameer Hani Muslim have provided the service of one gunman each. In all sixteen judges 14 judges provided the services of 15 gunmen and 12 personnel deployed at homes.
