Iranian FM to arrive in Pakistan today on 4-day visit

Islamabad, : Iranian Foreign Minister (FM) Muhammad Javad Zarif arrives in Pakistan today on 4 day visit.
Iranian Ambassador in Pakistan Mehdi Honardoost has said while addressing a press conference here on Saturday that Iranian Foreign Minister will undertake a 4-day visit of Pakistan from 11th March.
Senior Pakistan functionaries will welcome Muhammad Javad Zarif on his arrival,
He is visiting Pakistan in response to his Pakistani counterpart Khawaja Asif’s visit in Iran last September.
He will participate and address Pak-Iran trade seminar in Islamabad.
Apart from that he will hold separate meetings with Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, his Pakistani counterpart Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Minister of interior Ahsan Iqbal, Qamar Javed Bajwa and speaker National Assembly Ayaz Saddiq.
Muhammad Javad Zarif will also address the special sitting of Islamabad Institute of Strategic Studies titled “70 years of Pak-Iran Relationship and its Future.”
