Three children die due to indifference of doctors.

Nawab Shah, Three children have been killed due to the gross indifference of doctors and using for injection the same syringe.
According to media reports the investigation committee has presented the report to the Health Minister. It confirmed the cause of the death of using the same syringe for injection.
It has also been revealed that the lady health worker has kept the anti polio vaccines in her purse instead of cold box.
The Health Department has suspended the senior professor, district officer and lady health worker Nawab Shah hospital.
