Rawalpindi, 13 March 2018: Major General Rayimberdi Duishenbiev, Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Republic of Kyrgyzstan called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) today at GHQ.
During the meeting matters of mutual interest including military to military relations, regional security situation and measures to further enhance bilateral defence cooperation were discussed.
Earlier on arrival at GHQ, Chief of General Staff, laid a floral wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada. A smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Army presented the Guard of Honour to Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
